He plays a key role in overseeing the school's strategic direction and ensuring alignment with the group's educational vision and objectives.

With over 25 years of experience in the education sector, Dr. Khadija Al-Zoubi began her career in the field of education in both England and the UAE, where she contributed to improving educational policies and institutional evaluation mechanisms.

She participated in numerous projects focused on restructuring educational policies, reforming learning environments, and establishing governance frameworks in collaboration with local governments and higher education institutions.

Dr. Khadija is currently the Head of the Graduate Studies Program at the College of E-Learning, where she focuses on empowering educational leaders and school administrators by integrating cutting-edge technologies and smart learning applications.

Her work includes designing and delivering training programs for teachers and school leaders, emphasizing sustainable education strategies and performance measurement.

She also served as Chair of the Board of Trustees of Dubai International Schools for ten years, leading initiatives to support educators, curriculum developers, and school leaders.

Dr. Khadija holds a strong reputation for her ability to achieve strategic goals and excel in her leadership roles, making her a distinguished figure in the field of education.

Ms. Mona Al Blushi

Muna Ahmed Al Bloushi is a dedicated Emirati professional with extensive experience in business administration, customer service, and administrative support. She holds a Diploma in Applied Business from the Higher Colleges of Technology, Sharjah, UAE (2004) and has built a strong career in both the banking and government sectors.

Muna began her career at Dubai Islamic Bank, where she gained valuable expertise in customer relations, financial services, and administrative coordination. She later transitioned to a key administrative role at the Sharjah Police Department, further strengthening her skills in organizational management, problem-solving, and effective communication.

Her professional competencies include strategic planning, customer service excellence, cultural awareness, and adaptability in dynamic work environments. Muna is bilingual in Arabic and English, allowing her to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

With a passion for professional growth and excellence, Muna continues to contribute to organizations by fostering efficiency, enhancing operations, and ensuring high standards of service and administration.

Dr. Sara Almarzooqi

Dr. Sara Almarzooqi

Role Literacy support and Learning resources enrichment

With 18 years of experience in the educational sector, Sara Almarzooqi began her career as a teacher in the Ministry of Education. She later joined Sharjah Ladies Club and oversaw the Collage Talent Center for children, teenagers, and women.

Following this, she served as Director of Sharjah Public Libraries under the Sharjah Book Authority, managing six libraries and leading the acquisition committee for the Sharjah International Book Fair and the Sharjah Children's Reading Festival.

Sara also served as a board member and chaired the scientific committee of the Emirates Library and Information Association.

Sara is currently an associate faculty member at the School of E-Education at Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate learners. In addition, she has been a judge for the School Librarian of the Year award organized by the Emirates Literature Foundation and the Executive Council of Dubai for five consecutive years.

Her academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership (Smart Learning Environments), a Master's degree in Communication (Journalism), and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature (Translation).

With over a decade of experience in education and organizational development, Hind Abdullah Al Maazmi has demonstrated her expertise in fostering strategic partnerships, advancing educational research, and integrating innovative methodologies.

Her career began at Zayed University, where she contributed as a Research Assistant in Islamic Studies, supporting faculty with data collection and analysis for academic projects. She later joined the Emirates National Development Program (ENDP) as a Recruitment Assistant, managing candidate databases and recruitment processes.

Her passion for institutional development led her to the Dubai Judicial Institute, where she played a pivotal role in building international partnerships with judicial institutes in the USA and UK.

Hind's dedication to education extends to her academic pursuits. She holds a Master of Arts in Online Education Leadership and Management from Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, where she graduated with distinction. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Management at the British University in Dubai, focusing on leadership practices, policy innovation, and curriculum development.

Her achievements include presenting her Master’s dissertation at the Innovation Arabia Conference and participating in various workshops and summits to enhance her expertise in strategic thinking, educational policy, and online learning methodologies. Hind has also authored numerous academic papers in education, reflecting her deep interest in research and problem-solving within the field

With proficiency in Arabic and English and strong technical skills in tools like SPSS, MS Office, and advanced data analysis software, Hind is well-equipped to contribute to innovative educational initiatives and strategic organizational projects.

Dr. Hala El Basha

Hala Albasha is a highly experienced and licensed science and physics educator with over 12 years of combined academic and professional expertise in fostering student success across the UAE.

Currently an IGCSE Physics Teacher at the School ofScientific Innovation in Sharjah, she has held progressive roles at institutions such as the American School of Creative Science and Dubai Arabian American Private School, where she designed NGSS-aligned curricula, integrated STEM and project-based learning, and leveraged tools like CAT4 and MAP assessments to tailor instruction.

Hala's career blends a strong technical foundation—a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology—with pedagogical mastery, including a distinction-earning Master's in Education from The British University in Dubai.

Certified in Microsoft 365, AI education, and UAE inspection frameworks, she is recognized for driving curriculum innovation, championing real-world applications, and cultivating dynamic, inclusive classrooms that inspire future scientists.

Her accolades, such as the Curriculum Innovator Award, underscore her commitment to advancing 21st-century learning.
