School of Scientific Innovation

The School of Scientific Innovation (SSI) marked the UAE’s 54th National Day with a vibrant and meaningful celebration that highlighted the country’s rich cultural heritage and national pride. Students dressed in traditional Emirati clothing and took part in heritage reenactments, national performances, and interactive activities across the campus.

The event featured beautifully arranged heritage corners where students recreated Emirati majlis scenes using authentic woven textiles, traditional tools, and historic photographs. Younger students enjoyed cultural storytelling moments, capturing the warmth and community spirit of Emirati life.

A standout moment of the day was the falconry activity, where students learned about one of the UAE’s most iconic traditions through a hands-on interaction with a live falcon.

SSI was honored by the presence of Sharjah Police, who attended as special guests. Their participation added great value to the celebration, as they delivered an inspiring Loyalty Oath segment (قسم الولاء) that resonated strongly with students, staff, and families. Their presence emphasized the values of unity, safety, and national responsibility.

Students also performed on stage, wearing dresses inspired by the UAE flag colors and expressing their love for the nation through coordinated national dances and heartfelt gestures. The entire program reflected the spirit of unity and the deep connection that students feel towards their country.
