Payment Channels:

Upon completing the registration procedures, the guardian is required to make an initial payment equivalent to 30% of the total fees.

The remaining payments are divided into regular cheques, with the condition that the due date of the last cheque does not exceed the month of March and constitutes 20% of the total fees.

Once the payment is completed, a receipt is issued from the school system, confirming the amount paid.

Payment Terms:

First Installment: Cash payment due on 01/09/2023 or at the time of student registration: 30%
Second Installment: Post-dated check dated 11/01/2023= 25%

Third Installment: Post-dated check dated 01/01/2024 = 25%
Fourth Installment: Post-dated check dated 01/03/2024 = 20%

Steps to Complete Payment:

  • Initial Payment: The guardian is required to make an initial payment equivalent to 30% of the total fees either in cash or at the time of student registration.
  • Subsequent Payments: The remaining fees are divided into instalments, with the due dates set as follows: 11/01/2023 (25%), 01/01/2024 (25%), and 01/03/2024 (20%), payable via post-dated cheques.
  • Receipt Issuance: Upon completion of each payment, a receipt is issued from the school system confirming the amount paid.
  • Distribution of Items: Upon finalising the payment, tickets for the official uniform, book, and transportation (if any) are provided. The storekeeper or transportation officer acknoeledges that the guardian has successfully fulfilled the payment of fees.
